Move to github

It's vastly better at handling almost everything.

Will also make it easier for contributions, and for letting users find and interact with the project. And the tooling is superior. And... etc.

This is a great project, but it's stagnating here on CodePlex.

Hello, Bugmenot2!

Now I'm working on a WebMarkupMin 2.0 (will be compatible with .NET Core). I plan to publish it on GitHub, because it is very different from the previous version.
